of Caustic Soda, etc. (Ministry of International
Trade and Industry Ordinance No. 96 of 1950))
shall be prohibited to ship the said goods until
January 5, 1951. However, the above provisions
shall not. apply to the case where the Minister
of International Trade and Industry approves
the shipment thereof by license to export :
(1) The goo.ds listed in the Attached Sheet
No. 1 to the Cabinet Order concerning Control
of Export Trade (Cabinet Order No. 378
of 1949f;
(2) The goods listed in the Attached Sheet to
the Ministerial Ordinance concerning Suspension
of Shipment of Caustic Soda, etc.
(Ministry of International Trade and Industry
Ordinance No. 96 of 1950).
Supplementary Provision :
This Ministerial Ordinance shall come into
force as from the day of its promulgation, and
shall apply as from December 6, 1950.
