competition is to create a new Irish national dish,<br />
suitable for service in the regions deluxe restaurants.<br />

Fascinating tour to see the deer raised at this Deer<br />
Farm, set in the grounds of Coopershill House,<br />
Riverstown, Co. <strong>Sligo</strong>. Beautiful period residence,<br />
set in rolling parklands, a wonderful opportunity to<br />
see these gorgeous animals in a natural setting.<br />
