Live the view as you look across to where “The wind has bundled up the clouds high over Knocknarea” or the “Stolen Child” at mysterious and beautiful Glencar Lake to mention just a few of the sites which inspired one of Sligo’s most famous sons. Complete this magical journey with a visit to the Iconic Model Niland Galllery and see a sight which not many will be privileged see, one of the biggest exhibitions of the works of the “other Yeats brother”, Jack B Yeats. This is probably one of the most comprehensive collections of Jack Yeats works on exhibition in the world and has been loaned to the Gallery by collectors, from around the world. This is a unique and never to be repeated opportunity. The tour of the collection will be guided by staff of the Gallery. While there, seize an opportunity to sip a coffee in the new Conrad’s Kitchen Restaurant recently opened by Michelin starred chef, Conrad Gallagher.
