quartet assembled by guitarist Mike Nielsen, the<br />
group brings together some of the finest musicians<br />
on the scene today: Boston born vocalist Ellen<br />
Demos; clarinetist, Brendan Doyle and percussionist<br />
Shane O’Donovan. The music, composed by the<br />
leader, is innovative and comprises an eclectic mix<br />
of musical influences from jazz, classical, rock and<br />
traditional cultures. Their new CD, Acoustic Sound<br />
Recipes, was critically acclaimed in the Irish Times:<br />

times on BBC’s “Shamrock, Rose and Thistle”. An<br />
outstanding accordion player, and a dynamic wit!<br />
