Promoting Positive Mental Health in Young People a train the trainer programme for those working<br />

a resource for everyday living and its’ emphasis is on the various ways young people might cope with life’s<br />

Much is happening with learning city development internationally during <strong>2013</strong> with the UNESCO Global<br />

<strong>Learning</strong> City Network to be launched in Beijing at the end of <strong>2013</strong>, a PASCAL conference in Hong Kong<br />

in November exploring key aspects, and a special issue of the International Rev<strong>ie</strong>w of Education on<br />

learning cit<strong>ie</strong>s being prepared for release around July. Peter will range across these developments noting<br />

different patterns in East and West with challenging implications.<br />
