Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trail<br />

Venue: Ballyhoura cycle trails car park<br />

Time: 10.30am<br />

The Greenwood loop is a 6 km trail. It is of moderate difficulty and combines narrow single track with<br />

forest roads. This loop is an ideal introduction to mountain biking with easy climbs and fun descents.<br />

For those who have been biking before there is an extension to the loop that can be included depending<br />

on the exper<strong>ie</strong>nce levels of the group. It is suitable for all levels of bikers; 15 years up. Bike rental at the<br />

Ballyhoura cycle trail. Pre-registration essential<br />

Ballyhoura Country Walk ‘Blackrock Loop’<br />

Venue: Ballyhoura Cycle Trails car park<br />

Time: 2.00pm<br />

This walk is 2-3 hours, starting at the Ballyhoura cycle trails. This walk will take in Blackrock and Seefin<br />

mountains and back to the cycle trail car park. Suitable for exper<strong>ie</strong>nced walkers. Boots & lunch essential.<br />

Seed Savers Assoc. to learn more about the national collection of Irish Apple Trees and traditional Irish<br />
