An in-house Customer Lab is a non-production system. This<br />
isolated system is loaded with your customer data to replicate<br />
true-to-life testing and can be used in a number <strong>of</strong> ways:<br />
• Preview system upgrades, conduct user acceptance testing,<br />
review new features and identify possible problems<br />
• Develop and test third-party interfaces to ensure <strong>com</strong>patibility<br />
with the rest <strong>of</strong> your property’s systems<br />

• Train new employees or further the education <strong>of</strong> your existing<br />
employees without impacting guests<br />

Customer Labs are configured to test changes in a secure<br />
environment without disturbing the “live” system and ensuring an<br />
interrupted player experience. Packages include the installation and<br />
configuration <strong>of</strong> up to three virtual environments, and one year <strong>of</strong><br />
support. <strong>IGT</strong> <strong>of</strong>fers three options to fit your needs:<br />
• Option #1 – <strong>IGT</strong> provides Dell hardware and onsite setup. The<br />
pre-configured lab environment is deployed at your location.<br />
• Option #2 – Your own purchased hardware is configured at <strong>IGT</strong><br />
and deployed at your location.<br />
