Grant Line Road from Survey Road to Mosher Road, to improve the flow of traffic
to and from State Route 9, alleviating existing and anticipated future traffic
operational deficiencies, and increasing safety along that portion of Grant Line
Road. The project includes widening, realignment and modification of roadways,
constructing a sidewalk/bike lane, installing new or extending existing culverts, and
replacing an existing railroad crossing.
2008081126 Avenue 280 Road-Widening

The County of Tulare, in conjunction with the Cities of Visalia and Exeter and the
California Department of Transportation is proposing to widen Avenue 280 from a
two lane roadway to four and six lane roadway between State Route 99 and the
City of Exeter. Intersection improvements at up to 21 roadway intersections with
Avenue 280 would also be implemented as part of the proposed widening project.
The project will improve the level of service for traffic on this important regional
roadway in response to an in anticipation of growth in the Cities of Visalia,
Farmersville, and Exeter.

The City of Anaheim, in partnership with the Orange County Transportation
Authority (OCTA), is proposing to enhance the existing Anaheim Metrolin/Amtrak
Station that is located south of Katella Avenue and adjacent to the Grove of
Anaheim (the "ARTIC project"). A larger station with improved transit connectivity
and passenger services and amenities will be constructed approximately one
quarter (.025) mile east along the existing OCTA railroad right-of-way.

The Project proposes to replace the existing 9-foot diameter structural steel plate
culvert on Dunn Creek with a 134-foot long, three span concrete slab bridge and to
install 11 boulder weirs to provide passage for adult and juvenile anadromous fish.
