Concrete Project
Hilton Grand Vacations Club
Las Vegas has more than 123,311 hotel
rooms, but its timeshare inventory has
lagged woefully behind, prompting
ambitious new developments such as
Hilton Grand Vacations’ $450 million,
1,523-unit complex.
This is the first of four planned Hilton
towers on a 10-acre site on the strip. The
massive 441,000-sq.-ft. undertaking
entails a 285-ft.-tall tower, a two-story
low-rise lobby and a number of recreational
amenities. The cast-in-place concrete
structure is 10-ft. taller than the
Georgia Dome and 25-ft. shorter than
the Statue of Liberty. The project will
use 21,000-cu. yds. of concrete and is
supported by 3-million pounds of rebar.
The interior features one, two and three
bedroom time share units, ranging from
725 sq. ft. to 1,430 sq. ft. in size. Serviced
from a central plant with two 520-ton
capacity chillers, each unit has villa-style
features, including air conditioning, a
washer/dryer and a kitchen.
