The mole is consid ered by many
men as a devastator of cultures. It’s
an other role which Shimako Okamura
allots to him in Underground.
While following this digger mammal
in the underground galleries that he
digs, she offers to us a very interesting
geological visit: ancient vestiges,
skeletons of dinosaurs, underground
caves whose crystals with the thousand
colors scintillate under the head
light and other magmatic layer are
the wonders that we discover with
the turning of the galleries that digs
our small hard-working mole. But be
careful with water! or all is to be started
again.
This book without text leaves the
beautiful part to the illustration so
that small and older discover the hidden
wonders “underground”.
