product for the same region is given in Fig. 5.2. The colors st<strong>and</strong> for different scene<br />
features, listed as follow; 1: invalid (bad or missing data); 2: “clear air”; 3: cloud; 4:<br />
aerosol; 5: stratospheric feature; polar stratospheric cloud or stratospheric aerosol; 6:<br />
surface; 7: no signal (Currey et al., 2007).<br />
