KM has developed and directed some of the largest and most complex national notification programs, primarily in antitrust, bankruptcy, consumer fraud, mass tort, and product liability litigation. Specific cases have spanned a broad spectrum of issues, including asbestos, breast implants, home siding and roofing products, infant formula, pharmaceuticals, polybutylene plumbing, tobacco, and Holocaust claims. The firm has developed or consulted on over 700 notification programs and has placed over $240 million in paid media notice. KM develops advertisements, press materials, websites, and other notice materials that bridge the gap between litigation complexities and the need for a clear and simple explanation of legal rights.
