Security Agent
當您使用用戶端上的 Security Agent 解除安裝程式,以從用戶
端移除代理程式時,程式會自動通知 Security Server。當
Security Server 收到這項通知時,便會將該用戶端圖示自安全
群組樹狀結構中移除,藉以表示該用戶端不復存在。
然而,如果使用其他方法移除 Security Agent(例如,重新格
式化電腦的硬碟或手動刪除用戶端檔案),Security Server 就
不會得知 Security Agent 已經移除,而會將它顯示為離線。如
果使用者長期卸載或關閉代理程式,Security Server 也會將
Security Agent 顯示為離線。
如果要讓「安全群組樹狀結構」只顯示連線的用戶端,您可以
將 Security Server 設定成自動移除「安全群組樹狀結構」中的
離線 Security Agent。
• 啟動自動移除離線的 Security Agent:自動移除在指定的
天數內未與 Security Server 聯絡的用戶端。
• 在離線 {} 天後自動移除 Security Agent:允許用戶端離線
的天數,若超過此限便從 Web 主控台移除用戶端。
