使用管理工具
每個 Security Agent 安裝都需要一個全域唯一識別碼 (GUID),如此 Security
Server 才能識別各個代理程式。重複的 GUID 通常出現在複製的用戶端或虛擬
機器上。
如果兩個或更多個代理程式報告相同的 GUID,請執行 ReGenID 工具,以為每
個用戶端產生唯一的 GUID。
程序
1. 在 Security Server 上,移到下列目錄:\PCCSRV\Admin
\Utility。
2. 將 WFBS_80_WIN_All_ReGenID.exe 複製到安裝 Security Agent 之用戶端上
的暫存資料夾。
例如:C:\temp
3. 按兩下「WFBS_80_WIN_All_ReGenID.exe」。
該工具會停止 Security Agent 並移除用戶端 GUID。
4. 重新啟動 Security Agent。
Security Agent 會產生新的用戶端 GUID。
