F/ DE/15/1031/Act/2007/7002 dated 24-11-2007. I may request your honour that the Managing committee of the school has decided in the meeting to start pre -primary class for the children, who have completed the age of minimum four years as on the 31 st March. It has also been decided that no admission shall be made in standard one unless the child has completed the age of minimum five years as on the 31 st March of the year. All the rules will be followed according to Directorate of Education. Regarding information for the admission in pre -primary will be displayed on the notice board: - a. Total number of seats available for admission in pre -primary class In Pre-primary = 70 In Pre-school = 60 b. Total number of seats to be filled from the children of eco nomically weaker sections of society: - N/A, If however any person from the economically weaker section comes in the school he will be treated sympathetically. c. Date of distribution of Registration forms: 15-12-07 to 31-12-07 Date of receipt of Registration forms: till 7-01-08 upto 16.00 hrs. Place of distribution of Registration forms: In the School Mode of distribution of Registration forms: Open for all d. Infrastructure facilities available in the school: Airy and specious room, Teaching aids, Computer lab and playground
