School Administration<br />
1. How has <strong>the</strong> Head <strong>of</strong> School distributed <strong>the</strong> school work amongst his<br />
colleagues?<br />
The whole school is divided into Primary, Middle and Senior Schools, with<br />
separate Supervisors for each. T he Supervisors are responsible to<br />
organize <strong>the</strong> academic and co-curricular activities. Posterior to planning<br />
and decision with <strong>the</strong> Head <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> institution. They also supervise <strong>the</strong><br />
teaching learning activities <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> class and discuss remarks and<br />
observation with <strong>the</strong> Head <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Institution and get <strong>the</strong> report signed and<br />
au<strong>the</strong>nticated. There is an academic council meeting every Friday soon<br />
after <strong>the</strong> school. The academic council not only takes stock <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> past<br />
week but also plan for <strong>the</strong> future week with spe cific responsibility spelt out<br />
for each member. The functioning <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> system is very exemplary.<br />
