Our bank is catholic Syrian Bank, Ashok Vihar, delhi. Date wise pay -in slip<br />

(school copy ) is received from <strong>the</strong> bank and entered in <strong>the</strong> computer and <strong>the</strong><br />

register for <strong>the</strong> same is maintained manually f or each student. At <strong>the</strong><br />

beginning <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> academic session we distribute fees book to every student<br />

having index no., which is <strong>the</strong> identification <strong>of</strong> our students for depositing <strong>the</strong><br />

fees. One specimen fees book is attached for your ready reference.<br />

PART I<br />

The School Plant and its Maintenance<br />

1. (i) Is <strong>the</strong> school being run under a Pukka Building or prefabricated Building ?<br />

2. Whe<strong>the</strong>r proper lighting, ventilation and laboratory facilit ies exist and if so, are<br />

<strong>the</strong>y adequate ? Yes<br />

3. Whe<strong>the</strong>r <strong>the</strong> class-rooms have enough space for existing enrolments ? Yes<br />

4. (i) Whe<strong>the</strong>r drinking water facilities have been provided in <strong>the</strong> school ? Yes<br />

(ii) Are <strong>the</strong> water taps sufficient in number to mee t <strong>the</strong> requirements <strong>of</strong> school ?<br />
