Method: GetFileDescription<br />

extensions The list of valid extensions specified in the configuration<br />

file.<br />

The receiving client can review these extensions to<br />

ensure the file being uploaded is acceptable. If the file<br />

extension is not acceptable, set the discard attribute<br />

of the FILEINFO element to true.<br />

file_size The file’s size in bytes – cannot change.<br />

file_title The file’s description, title, or alt text.<br />

file_type A numeric value that corresponds to a file type.<br />

The value lets a server script determine the type of file<br />

being uploaded. The server can then decide how to<br />

store and process the file.<br />

For a list of file types and their corresponding numeric<br />

values, see ”Appendix D: Automatic Upload File Types”.<br />

height The height of the image in the file. If 0, the height is<br />

unknown.<br />

img_date The date of the file – cannot change.<br />

uploadfilephoto The file selection field – cannot change.<br />

web_media_path The requested logical location where a browser can find<br />

the file, such as http://www.mysite.com/<br />

uploads.<br />

width The width of the image in the file. If 0, the width is<br />

unknown.<br />

Description: Returns the description of a given file in the list of files added for<br />

upload. If the file does not exist in the current list of files, the return value is blank.<br />
