14 – Receptacle, 19 Pin : This re cep ta cle al lows<br />
the power source to in ter face with wire feed ers,<br />
and re mote con trols such as a foot pedal. This re -<br />
cep ta cle pro vides aux il iary power, contactor con -<br />
trol for en er giz ing the out put of the power source,<br />
and re mote out put con trol. The pinout is as fol -<br />
lows:<br />
A) Contactor cir cuit (+15 Volts)<br />
B) Contactor cir cuit in, (clo sure be tween pin A<br />
and pin B will en er gize out put).<br />
C) Scaled out put volt age sig nal: Vfb = 10 Arc<br />

If a re mote con trol is plugged into both the 14 pin<br />
and 19 pin re cep ta cles the de vice plugged into<br />
the 19 pin re cep ta cle will have con trol over the<br />
out put cur rent or volt age. Ei ther de vice can con -<br />
trol the out put contactor cir cuit.<br />

15– Du plex: This re cep ta cle can pro vide up to<br />
10 amps of 120 VAC aux il iary power for pow er -<br />
ing wire feed ers, wa ter circulators, etc.<br />
16. Fuse: This fuse pro tects the con trol trans -<br />
former in the power source. If the fuse opens it<br />
should be re placed with a like am per age and<br />
volt age, (20 amps, 600VAC).<br />
17– In put Power Ac cess : This open ing pro -<br />
vides ac cess to the in put ter mi nal block for the in -<br />
