Basic Physical Properties The plane spacing of hexagonal lattices is expressed through h, k, l, a0 and c0. Both unknown unstressed lattice parameters a0 and c0 must be considered when refining the structural parameters. R.R. Reeber and K. Wang [15] examined the lattice parameters of 99,99% pure and annealed GaN powder using neutron scattering. The results of their experiment can be seen in figure 6.6.
