The following eight bilateral agreements are in <strong>for</strong>ce: with Belarus, Bulgaria, Ukraine,<br />

Macedonia, Romania, the Russian Federation, Slovakia and Moldova.<br />

The Protocol on Harmonization of Procedures and Proceedings in Foreign Trade of<br />

Goods Subject to Mandatory Veterinary-Sanitary Control and Phyto-sanitary Control<br />

on the Border of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro.<br />

Agreements have also been signed with Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia.<br />

An agreement has been signed between the Council of Ministers of Serbia and<br />

Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria on Border Control and<br />

Railway Traffic Procedures.<br />

Draft Agreements have been drawn up with Albania and Ukraine.<br />

The Draft Law on the Protection of the Health of Plants, the Law on Means <strong>for</strong> the<br />

Protection of Plants and the Law on Resources <strong>for</strong> the Nutrition of Plants have been<br />

finished.<br />
