Scirus leads: on subscription it gives full-text access to 1.3 million articles <strong>in</strong> scientifi c journals<br />
that refer to ‘energy’ 6 . Note <strong>the</strong> target of 75 000 full-text scientifi c and technical reports <strong>in</strong> 2004<br />
requir<strong>in</strong>g substantial effort from <strong>the</strong> US DOE TIM programme.<br />

sector products fulfi lled <strong>the</strong> needs <strong>in</strong> coverage at no cost to users.
