THE HEALTH FACTORY
SCREENINGS: MON 2/5 (22H)
& TUE 3/5 (17H15) IN SOETEZAAL
EN Industrial production techniques are increasingly used in health care to heighten
efficiency – more health for the same budget is the new motto. Hospitals are starting to
look like factories in which patients are placed on an assembly line. But what about the
human factor in this quest for efficiency? This formally sober film asks some provocative
questions about the hunt for profit in health care.
