How amazing the weather pattern has shown us that there is something we have no power over. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the General Meeting on 12 th of February. I hear that a lot of discussion took place and refer those of you, who could not be there either, to the minutes of the meeting on page 8 and the president's report unedited as requested on page 16.
