IN accordance with the provisions of subsection (2) of section 7B of the Town Planning and Development Act, 1928-1965, and by direction of the Minister for Town Planning, a summary as set out hereunder of the Shire of Dandaragan Interim Development Order No. 1 made pursuant to the provisions of section 7B of that Act is hereby published for general information. Summary. 1. The Shire of Dandaragan Interim Development Order No. 1 contains provisions, inter alia:— (a) That the order applies to that part of the Municipal District of the Shire of Dandaragan specified in the order. (b) That, subject as therein stated, the Dandaragan Shire Council is the authority responsible for its administration. (c) That the carrying out of certain development on land within the scope of the order without approval as stated therein is prohibited. (d) Relating to the application for, and grant of approval for, development other than development permitted by the order. (e) Relating to development by a public authority. (f) Relating to certain development permitted by this order. (g) Relating to the continuance of the lawful use of land and buildings. (h) Relating to appeals against refusal of approval for development or against conditions subject to which approval to carry out development is granted. 2. Copies of the order are available for inspection by any person, free of charge, at the office of the Dandaragan Shire Council and at the office of the Town Planning Board, 33 Mount Street, Perth, during the ordinary hours of business. 3. The order has effect from and after the publication of this summary in the Government Gazette. Notice. File 812/2/28/1 Pt "A".
