PURSUANT to section 610 of the Local Government Act, 1960, the Cunderdin Shire Council hereby gives notice that it is proposed to borrow money, by the sale of debentures on the following terms and for the following purpose: $4,000 for fifteen (15) years at a rate of interest of $5.875 per cent. per annum, repayable at the Bank of New South Wales Savings Bank Ltd, Cunderdin by thirty (30) equal half-yearly instalments of principal and interest. Notice Requiring Payment of Rates Prior to Sale.
