HIS Excellency the Governor in Executive Council<br />
has been pleased to approve, under section 45A of<br />
the Land Act, 1933-1965, of Port Hedland Lots<br />
222 and 579 being made available for sale in fee<br />
simple, for the purpose of "Hotel Extensions" at<br />
the purchase price of twelve thousand dollars<br />
($12,000), and subject to the following conditions:—<br />
Payment for improvements at valuation, in<br />
cash, should the successful applicant be<br />
other than the owner of such improvements.<br />
Applications accompanied by a deposit of<br />
$1,200 must be lodged at the Department<br />
of Lands and Surveys, Perth, on or before<br />
Wednesday, 9th August, 1967.<br />
Balance of purchase money shall be paid<br />
within twelve months from the date of<br />
approval of the application by four quarterly<br />

issued until the purchaser has complied with<br />
the building condition, or has produced evidence<br />
that foundations for a building approved<br />
