Memorandum of Imposing Rates.
To whom it may concern:
AT a meeting of the Nullagine Shire Council held
on 9th July, 1967, it was resolved that the rates
specified hereunder should be imposed on all rateable
property within the Shire of Nullagine, in
accordance with the provisions of the Local Government
Act, 1960.

Traffic Inspector to the Town of Bunbury at a
meeting held on the 10th July, 1967.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the provisions
of section 297A of the Local Government
Act, 1960, that His Excellency the Governor has
approved of the closing of the private street shown
on the plan in the schedule hereunder, in accordance
with a resolution, passed by the Perth City
Council on the 17th October, 1966, "that the private
street being portion of Canning Location 2,
and being part of the land coloured brown on plan
2010 and being part of the land remaining in
Certificate of Title Volume 147, folio 88 and being
more particularly that part of the private street
abutting lots 8 and 9 Patricia Street and 57 and
58 Baillie Avenue, be closed and divided between
the owners of lots 8 and 9, and 57 as shown on
the compiled diagram".

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the provisions
of section 297A of the Local Government
Act, 1960, that His Excellency the Governor has
approved of the closing of the private street shown
on the plan in the schedule hereunder, in accordance
with a resolution, passed by the Perth Shire
Council on the 14th March, 1967, "that the whole
of the private streets off Barr Street, Dianella, on
L.T.O. Plan 721 (15 links in width) contained in
Certificate of Title Volume 230, folio 143 be closed,
and that the portions of the private streets which
abut the rear of each of lots 1, 2, 3, 21, 22, 23
Coode Street and lots 24/40 (inclusive) Barr Street,
be incorporated with and form part of those lots
and that the portion of the private street abutting
the rear of lots 4-20 (inclusive) and the side of
lot 118 on plan 4434 be incorporated with lot 118
Lennard Street".
