Stay in CIRT Campus
The training programmes are fully residential & participants should stay on the campus. However, local
participants may stay outside. Accommodation for the participants will be provided in the hostels only. On
arrival at the institute, participants are requested to sign the register placed at the dining hall lounge for
allotment of rooms earmarked.
The rooms in the hostel are for double occupancy. However, single occupancy may be considered
depending upon the number of participants at a given time. The keys of cupboards, etc. should be kept in
personal custody & returned to the in charge hostel section prior to departure.
Request for accommodation for participants' family should be intimated in advance, for which charges as
per rules shall be paid by the participant. Accommodation for family members would be provided subject
to availability of rooms. Participants are requested to provide advance information for family
accommodation to the training section before arrival so that lodging & board arrangements can be made
well in advance.
The Hostel rooms are self- sufficient with mattresses, bed linen & towels provided by the institute.
Participants are however requested to bring their own toiletries/ items required for personal use.
Hours of Instruction
Training is normally conducted from Monday to Friday without observing any other intervening holiday
from 0915hrs to 1645hrs, with four sessions of one & half hours duration.
