10. If a coachee says, "I’m not ready <strong>for</strong> this now. “ respond<br />

with: "May I ask, what might be changing in the near<br />

furture that would then make it a better time to try this<br />

solution?" This question enables you to smoke out the<br />

real objection, just in case "we're not ready now" is not it.<br />

you can use that will allow you to adjust your approach.<br />
