for policy and practice; however, it can contribute to the advancement<br />

<strong>of</strong> educational policies aimed at a quality <strong>Education</strong> for All in Ethiopia<br />

as it considers the wellbeing and flourishing <strong>of</strong> the individual within<br />

her or his cultural, economic, social and natural environment.<br />
