preparation for publication. Where a f<strong>in</strong>al report is presented <strong>in</strong> a portable<br />
document format (pdf) generated from another format (such as Microsoft<br />
Word) it should be accompanied by the orig<strong>in</strong>al file from which it is<br />
generated. All representations of graphic material (tables, figures, draw<strong>in</strong>gs,<br />
charts, graphs <strong>and</strong> photographs) must be able to be reproduced at high pr<strong>in</strong>t<br />
resolution. Tables, figures, draw<strong>in</strong>gs, charts, graphs should be provided <strong>in</strong><br />
Microsoft Excel or Adobe Illustrator format. Photographs must be provided<br />
<strong>in</strong> high-resolution JPG images set to m<strong>in</strong>imum of 300 dots per <strong>in</strong>ch (dpi).<br />
Any technical questions regard<strong>in</strong>g these requirements should be addressed to<br />
<strong>FSD</strong>’s Communications Officer.<br />
6.0 REQUIREMENTS<br />
The LOE for this assignment is expected to be no more than 23 person days.<br />
The consult<strong>in</strong>g team is expected to meet the follow<strong>in</strong>g requirements<br />

7.0 TIMETABLE<br />
A first draft of the report is due four weeks from the sign<strong>in</strong>g of a contract, with<br />
a f<strong>in</strong>al draft due two weeks after submission of the first draft.
