About the Author<br />
Dr . Elliott grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, the fourth genera-<br />
tion in medicine. He attended John Hopkins University<br />
Undergraduate, University of Nebraska College of Medicine<br />
for medical school, <strong>and</strong> University of Iowa Hospitals, Department<br />
of Dermatology for Residency . He was trained in<br />
hair transplantation in 1971, while a Dermatology Resident .<br />
Over the years, he invented many things which advanced<br />
the process of hair transplantation . He has always been at<br />
the forefront of the latest technology . You can rest assured<br />
that the techniques used at the <strong>Pacific</strong> <strong>Hair</strong> Institute have been <strong>and</strong> will continue to be<br />
the latest technology available . He is a Diplomate of the American Board of <strong>Hair</strong> Restoration<br />

Dr . Dauer graduated with honors from New York Medical<br />
College <strong>and</strong> trained in the Department of Head <strong>and</strong> Neck<br />
Surgery at UCLA Medical Center . He subsequently received<br />
special training in <strong>Hair</strong> Restoration <strong>and</strong> has been<br />
a published author in numerous medical publications . Dr .<br />
Dauer is also a Diplomate of the American Board of <strong>Hair</strong><br />
Restoration Surgery <strong>and</strong> a member of the International<br />
Society of <strong>Hair</strong> Restoration Surgery . He comes from a<br />
prominent Beverly Hills medical family .<br />
