Ir aprakstīts ja<strong>un</strong>s birkenīdu dzimtas anaspīdu taksons Trimpleylepis j<strong>un</strong>cta gen. et sp. nov. no<br />
Menbrūkas, Velšborderl<strong>and</strong>a, augšējā silūra Pršidolas nodaļas. Trimpleylepis concatenata gen.<br />
et sp. nov. ir izdalīta no Ohesāres urbuma, Iga<strong>un</strong>ija, silūra Ludlovas nodaļas. Histoloģiskos<br />
plānslīpējumos redzams, ka Trimpleylepis ir raksturīgas īpatnības, kas iepriekš atrastas dzimtai<br />
Septentrioniidae Blom, Märss et Miller, 2002 piederīgajā materiālā. Tomēr vaskulārie kanāli<br />
abu sugu zvīņu plānslīpējumos nav saskatāmi, bet retās kanālu atveres ir novērotas tikai vienā<br />
vai divos T. concatenata paraugos, tāpēc šī ģints ievietota dzimtā tikai pagaidām. Taksons<br />
Silmalepis cf. erinacea ir atrasts materiālā no Menbrūkas, pagarinot ģints izplatību līdz Pršidolas<br />
nodaļai. Ja<strong>un</strong>s anaspīdu materiāls no Gardnera krasta, Velšborderl<strong>and</strong>a, augšējā silūra, norāda<br />
uz to, ka anaspīdu dzimta Rhyncholepididae Kiær, 1924 ir eksistējusi no Venlokas vidus līdz<br />
Pršidolas beigām.
