Design Clarifications and Modifications
OSDF Phase II
DCN No. 20102-111, initiated by Fluor Fernald, was approved as noted by GeoSyntec.
This DCN included the property values for the geotextile cushion layer in the final cover
system and added puncture resistance values for the geomembrane liner and
geomembrane cap. Phase I1 Technical Specification Sections 02714P, 02270, and 02770P
were affected.
