uilding administration or practical experiences
respecting building execution while tests shall be
made on the subjects given in the first column
as may be required. However, persons coming
under the second column shall be exempted from
the subjects shown in the left:
6. Temporary examination for qualification in
accordance with the provisions of the preceding
three paragraphs shall be effective for the period
of 3 years only reckoning from the day of the
enforcement of the Law.
(Special Cases of Fire Doors)
7. In case of providing fire door in accordance
with the provision of Article 64 of the Law, the
buildings to bi built within the period of one
year from the day of the enforcement of this
Cabinet Order in the district to be designated
upon obtaining the consent of fire-chief of chief
of fire-station in charge of the district concerned,
if the administrative agency concerned deems it
extremely difficult to provide the fire door and
other fire prevention equipments, the simplified
fire-door constructions mentioned in any of the
following items may take place of the fire-door B
prescribed by the provisions of the same Article.
In this case the provision of Article 110 paragraph
5 shall not apply:
(1) Those made of sheet metal, asbestos sheet,
magnesium-cement sheet, fire-resisting lumber,
wired glass and others of the similar materials,
not coming under the ways of construction
mentioned in Article 110 paragraph 2 item (1)
or item (4) to item (6) inclusive;
(2) Those with wooden frames covered outside
with sheet metal.
(Partial Amendment of Enforcement Provisions
of the Local Autonomy Law)
8. The Enforcement Provisions of the Local Autonomy
Law (Cabinet Order No. 19 of 1947) shall
be partially amended as follows :
Article 18 paragraph 1 item (10) shall be
amended as follows :

(Partial Amendment of Building Restriction
Ordinance Executing Areas of War-Damage
Rehabilitation Land Re-adjustment)
9. The Building Restriction Ordinance in Execution
Areas of War-Damage Rehabilitation Land Readjustment
(Imperial Ordinance No. 389 of 1946)
shall be partially amended as follows :
In Article 1, "and Article 25 of the Urban
Building Law" and "and Article 29-(2) of the
Urban Building Law Enforcement Ordinance"
shall be deleted.
