2. Flying Shear Cooling Water Elimination - Eliminate the once-through cooling of the pipe prior<br />

to the flying shears or capture and return it to the rolling mill wastewater treatment system.<br />

3. Hydraulic Fluid Leak Reduction - Reduce the quantity of hydraulic oil in the cooling water with<br />

improved maintenance (both preventive and corrective programs) of the equipment to prevent<br />

or correct hydraulic fluid leaks.<br />
