Stenner<br />
The Stenner pump is available two ways, as an adjustable output or as a fixed output. The adjustable<br />
output pump is used when the water flow is a known constant value. The adjustment ring on the outside<br />
of the pump is used to dial in the correct amount of chemical injected when the pump is powered.<br />
Applications for the adjustable pump include pen wash systems, well water injection or similar<br />
installations when the water flow rate does not change. The fixed output pump is used for applications<br />
where the flow of water will vary. The fixed output pump is used with a water meter and the PCM timer<br />
control. The meter measures the flow of water and for every gallon triggers the PCM timer to operate the<br />
pump for a programmed period of time. Some of the applications where the fixed output pump could be<br />
used are udder washhoses, water bowl fill lines or backflush water line injection.<br />
The Stenner pump capacity is based on the squeeze tube size and speed. With the 85 series pump, the #1<br />
tube set provides 5 gallons per day capacity, the #2 set provides 17 gallons per day capacity and the #7<br />
set provides 40 gallons per day capacity. Squeeze tubes are Santoprene material.<br />
