Installation Components<br />
Vertical Wash Tanks (Round)<br />
These tanks do not meet 3A standards for milk handling. Vertical covered wash tanks take less room and<br />
are a great help in keeping pipeline wash water temperature at recommended levels. All sizes of tanks<br />
are constructed of 16 gauge, 304 stainless steel with #4 finish, and include lid. Each leg has a fine<br />
adjustment for leveling purposes. Tanks have a 2 inch O.D. drain and a 5/8 in. plastic sight tube on one<br />
side. Cone shaped bottom for fast draining.<br />
PIPELINE<br />
Replacement lids are stainless steel, 2 piece, overlapping without holes. These lids replace the old piano<br />
hinge covers.<br />

Stainless Steel Vertical Wash Tank, Square and Round<br />
These tanks do not meet 3A standards for milk handling. All vertical wash tanks have a 2 in. O.D. drain<br />
connection and hinged stainless steel cover with pressure switch tube connection. All inlets for wash vats<br />
must be field drilled. Square tank made of 12 gauge stainless steel and comes with a separate stainless<br />
steel four leg base, which adds 18 in. to the overall height. Round tanks are made of 14 gauge stainless<br />

Vertical Sanitary Tanks<br />
These vats are designed for installations requiring a temporary milk storage vat that is built to FDA<br />
standards for milk contact. This type of vat is generally used in robot installations to temporarily store the<br />
milk while the bulk tank is being washed. These tanks do not have the pump mounting, vent or anti-swirl<br />
required for use as a milk wash reservoir.<br />

Tri-Clover connection on the bottom of the tank •Internal spray-ball for CIP circulation and cleaning with<br />
