First, take a trip through the galleries with<br />
a museum educator to discover some<br />
<strong>of</strong> the most important pieces in our<br />
collection that were done by women.<br />
Then, take your ideas and creativity<br />
into the classroom as you create your<br />
own works <strong>of</strong> art! Earn requirements<br />
towards your painting badge by creating<br />
original works <strong>of</strong> art with watercolors<br />
and other multi-media tools.<br />

All living creatures have essentially the same<br />
needs, and we’re going to search for the homes<br />
<strong>of</strong> animals that live around here. We will need<br />
to pay attention to clues and use our powers<br />
<strong>of</strong> observation to discover what is going on<br />
and what the season will bring. Not only will<br />
we discover some great places for critters<br />
to live, we will also be able to recognize who<br />
might live here and what their needs are. You<br />
will visit forest, field, thickets, and aquatic<br />
habitats. Relates to Animal Habitat badge.<br />

Pool Wildlife Sanctuary and we intend to find out<br />
who is responsible! Before you search for the<br />
noisemakers, you will enhance your knowledge<br />
<strong>of</strong> owls by learning their calls and discovering<br />
some <strong>of</strong> their behaviors. Then you’ll head<br />
out in search <strong>of</strong> any <strong>of</strong> the eight owls that are<br />
native to <strong>Pennsylvania</strong>. Snack will be provided.<br />
