This is a girl-only event. Leave your parents<br />

and leaders behind as you make new friends<br />

and meet up with summer camp buddies.<br />

GSEP Summer Camp Staff treat you to the<br />

traditional camp experience with a winter twist.<br />

Activities include crafts, campfires, hiking,<br />

and—weather permitting—ice skating and<br />

snowshoeing! You will stay in heated cabins<br />

and enjoy meals served in the Dining Hall.<br />

medical emergency, and are you comfortable<br />

taking care <strong>of</strong> more common injuries as well?<br />

Do you know what belongs in a basic first aid<br />

kit, and would you be able to use those items<br />

properly? Join us as we take you on the journey<br />

<strong>of</strong> First Aid. Create your own first aid kit, talk<br />

to healthcare pr<strong>of</strong>essionals, and meet an<br />

Emergency Medical Service First Responder.<br />

This program is designed to meet most <strong>of</strong><br />

the requirements for the First Aid badge.<br />

ballet, jazz, and Broadway style dance and<br />

the various forms <strong>of</strong> music that accompany<br />

each. Dancers should wear comfortable<br />

clothing to move in. Completes requirement<br />

1 <strong>of</strong> the Musician badge and several<br />

requirements from the Dancer badge.<br />

There is lots <strong>of</strong> hooting going on in the woods at<br />

Pool Wildlife Sanctuary and we intend to find out<br />

who is responsible! Before you search for the<br />

noisemakers, you will enhance your knowledge<br />

<strong>of</strong> owls by learning their calls and discovering<br />

some <strong>of</strong> their behaviors. Then you’ll head<br />

out in search <strong>of</strong> any <strong>of</strong> the eight owls that are<br />

native to <strong>Pennsylvania</strong>. Snack will be provided.<br />

(Fee includes housing and all meals)<br />

Grades: 4–5<br />

Come to camp and enjoy all the fun and<br />

excitement <strong>of</strong> being in the snow! Snowshoe<br />

through the woods (weather permitting),<br />

then try some sledding, snow painting,<br />

and snow crafts. If that is not enough, you<br />

may pay extra to take part in an optional<br />

snow tubing trip to Big Boulder.<br />
