these expectations are achieved?<br />
‣ Arrangements <strong>for</strong> monitoring and confirming that effective <strong>HSE</strong> management has been<br />
implemented and is maintained.<br />
1.2.11 Environmental Impact and Aspect Assessments<br />
Expectations of others:<br />
To provide confirmation that the <strong>Drilling</strong> Contractor has systematically:<br />
- identified and assessed all environmental impacts and aspects associated with rig<br />
operations within the Scope of Operations.<br />
- reduced the associated risks to meet legislative/regulatory environmental requirements.<br />
What in the <strong>Drilling</strong> Contractor’s Management System demonstrates assurance to others that<br />
these expectations are achieved?<br />
‣ Confirmation that systematic environmental impact and aspect identification and<br />
assessment has been carried out.<br />
‣ Confirmation that the associated risks have been reduced to meet legislative/regulatory<br />
environmental requirements.<br />
