Tamarin R.C.T is a water reducible chelating polymer designed for field application onto
rusted steel which has been hand or power cleaned or blasted.

RECOMMENDED SURFACE PREPARATION:
Remove oil and grease with commercial detergent. Rinse with water to remove detergent
residue. Remove loose rust and mild scale by metallic brush, abrasive disc or paper.
Treatment can be carried out on wet surfaces.
REMARKS:
Tamarin R.C.T reacts quickly with rust and transforms iron oxides into a stable and
insoluble blue-black metal-organic complex which is ready for painting after reaction.
R.C.T is not for use on submerged area.
Safety Precautions:
Handle with care. Consult Tamarin Material Safety Data Sheet. Avoid direct contact
with skin and eyes (gloves, goggles, face mask barrier cream, etc.). Apply only in well
ventilated areas and ensure that adequate forced ventilation exists when applying paint
in confined spaces or when the air is stagnant. In case of contamination, rinse with fresh
running water and seek medical help at once. Since this product contains flammable
