in Russia<br />

Russia is an important market for <strong>Faymonville</strong><br />

and by the end of the year it will be able to rely<br />

on a new service centre representing the Belgian<br />

manufacturer.<br />

A team that's there to listen<br />

Six people in the <strong>Faymonville</strong> After Sales team, managed by Viktor Palm. Six people who are<br />

there to listen to what you have to say. But who is who?<br />

The After Sales department is a part of<br />

<strong>Faymonville</strong> Service. What do they do? Client<br />

contact, vehicle rescue (2 mobile workshops),<br />

training of garage personnel who ask for it,<br />

complaint management. The department is<br />

also involved in quality, Viktor Palm (24 years<br />

of experience with <strong>Faymonville</strong>) being the link<br />

up with the design division and the one who<br />

passes on client technical requests and comments.<br />

It should be pointed out that the department<br />

can handle requests in 6 different<br />

languages.<br />

The workshop is located in a strategic location. The new<br />

workshop will actually be set up 30 km east of Moscow,<br />

in a region of particular importance from an industrial point<br />

of view. In addition to service activities in the strict sense<br />

the workshop will also handle spare part stocking,<br />

<strong>Faymonville</strong> and MAX Trailer product marketing and used<br />

vehicles sales.<br />

The Russian market is of great importance to<br />

<strong>Faymonville</strong>. That's why they've decided to build a<br />

service centre there.<br />
