General sphere of application<br />
These General Purchasing Conditions ("GPCs") are the object of contracts concluded by and<br />
between ZERA GmbH, Hauptstr. 392, 53639 Königswinter (hereafter referred to as the<br />
"Customer"), and its business partners and suppliers (hereafter referred to as "Vendors"). They<br />
apply to all business relations between the Customer and the Vendor.<br />
The GPCs particularly apply to contracts concerning the sale and/or delivery of movable goods<br />
(hereafter also referred to as "Goods"), irrespective of whether the Vendor manufactures the<br />
goods himself or whether he purchases them from suppliers (Sections 433 and 651 of the<br />
German Federal Code). The current version of the GPCs will be deemed to be an outline<br />
