The water refractive index, n w , in the temperature 20° C, in the frequency<br />

1 GHz, is 8.95 (CRC [17]). The difference between the table and calculated<br />

exper<strong>im</strong>ental values of n w suggests that its value decreases for water the soil. The<br />
