Mild Exercise for Fitness $25<br />

An exercise program modified for the senior who wishes to<br />

build strength, endurance, and flexibility, along with balance.<br />

Pilates $20/$25<br />

A non-impact exercise that strengthens and tones muscles,<br />

increases flexibility, develops proper body alignment, improves<br />

coordination and develops an increased sense of body awareness.<br />

Includes stretches that enhance physical fitness and focus on<br />

total body conditioning to correct body alignment and improve<br />

your posture. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat to<br />

Tai chi ch’uan is an ancient Chinese exercise that provides both<br />

mental and physical health benefits. Improve balance, lower high<br />

blood pressure, and increase vitality with tai chi! Learn tai chi<br />

movements, self-massage acupressure, and the philosophy of tai<br />
