When you create a smart configuration, the configuration it is based on is called the standard configuration. Smart configurations inherit the following components from their standard configuration: Packages Scripts Printers Directory bindings Management account information • Homepage Partitions Making changes to a standard configuration automatically updates the smart configuration to reflect the changes. The instructions in this section explain how to create a smart configuration using Casper Admin or the JSS. To create a smart configuration using Casper Admin: 1. Open Casper Admin. 2.
