anticipating the Children's Day, he also conducted a camp for 10-15 age group children
of the Parish. All young and old of the Parish seem to be taken up by the initiative and

Congratulations to Sch C G Thomas who passed his B Ed exams with distinction. Now
he feels that he is ready for fulltime commitment to Theology. His B Ed companion, Sch
Roshan Kiro, has also passed his exams with a first class.
Schs Martin and Praful, two of the organizing committee members, are fully busy
making arrangements for this year‟s annual seminar on Human Rights and its Violations
against Dalits, Adivasis and most Backward Classes of Jharkhand and Bihar. We are
grateful to Fr Stan Lourdusamy for providing us with some apt materials on the topic.

November began with a bang. Our Middle School won the winners shield in the Boys and
Girls sections of the Munna-Munni Tournament. Congrats to Tony Bara, Mr Dinesh
Korah and Mr Sidiu Surin who coached selflessly the children for more than a month to
win the coveted prize. The hostellers celebrated Diwali with crackers and „bara khana‟.
George slipped to XL for his annual retreat. Anil took the Krus Vir children and the
parishioners to Khuntpani for the Feast and made sure that our kitchen garden is well
stocked with vegetables.
Our OLP Sisters had their Feast Day spread out for three days and the hostellers derived
the maximum benefit.
Sunil, after months of helping out in the School, is busy ministering for soul and body of
the Community and the Parish. He is busy with construction of a fitting place for the
statue of John De Britto, our Patron.
The School is getting ready for the Sports Day on 28 November where Mr Sukhram
Oraon and the Goilkera BDO will grace the occasion.
With the Advent, we have begun our Carol singing and in the month of December, we
will have two Seminarians to help out as part of their Christmas ministry.
