Class booking procedure<br />

Simply visit the Sports Centre or Pavilion<br />

reception where gold and silver members<br />

can book up to seven days in advance.<br />

Bronze members can book up to three<br />

days in advance. Please retain your<br />

receipt as this is required to access the<br />

class. Duplicate receipts are available at<br />

reception if lost.<br />

If you are no longer able to attend the<br />

class you must cancel your booking by<br />

contacting reception no later than 30<br />

minutes prior to the class start time.<br />

Telephone reception on 01227 823623<br />

and leave a message. Failure to attend<br />

and/or cancel may result in a fine of<br />

up to £6.00 for each no show and your<br />

membership account will be limited until<br />

the outstanding fines are paid.<br />

badminton, squash, volleyball, basketball or<br />

work out in the fitness suite?<br />

Also available are a variety of sports<br />

courses, leagues and tournaments.<br />

Health, fitness and nutrition consultations<br />

are available from £5, as well as racket<br />

restringing.<br />
