Career aspirations
that Jun Shao has
lead have been
widely praised and
awarded.
The media industry is changing fast and most of the employees
enter into it and then give up half-way, although talents are the main
factor enabling a media agency to survive. I hope I could realise my
own value, but also during the next five years to conduct my work to
influence and lead more employees in a managerial role.
